Items from orders received on a weekday by 12.00 are packaged and sent the following weekday, so the time from order to delivery is usually less than 48 hours. Delivery time can take longer during holidays and weekends. All orders received after 12.00 are prepared, packaged and sent with a one day delay.
In the case that the product you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and arrange further procedures.
The products are sent through the companies Pošta Slovenije, GLS, TNT, DHL or UPS. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we do not send products.
Note that the delivery of products also takes time. In Slovenia the delivery time for most packages is one day, but can be longer due to various unforeseen circumstances, i.e. vehicle break down, traffic accidents, errors, etc.
COSTS OF DELIVERY IN SLOVENIA
The contractual partners for deliveries are Pošta Slovenije, GLS, TNT, DHL and UPS. The buyer covers the costs of delivery in the entirety. In certain cases such as discounts, sales and other special offers, the published terms apply. The cost of delivery is displayed at the end of your purchase and is shown on the receipt which you get together with the ordered products. When you decide to pay upon delivery, the costs of delivery are going to be higher because of the Slovenian Post’s independent price of delivery. This extra cost is charged by Pošta Slovenije, GLS, TNT, DHL and UPS separately and is not shown on the receipt.
Our products can be sent to most countries around the world.
Ordered products are packaged and sent in 3 weekdays. The packages will be delivered in 7-10 weekdays. Time of delivery can be longer in countries with customs procedures.
In the case that we do not have the desired products in stock, we can arrange for an alternative time of delivery.
COSTS OF DELIVERY IN THE EU
The costs of delivery of products outside Slovenia are charged according to the prices of GLS, TNT, DHL and UPS. A single purchase to be delivered to a country in the EU is limited to the value of €1000.
COSTS OF DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY – OUTSIDE EU
The costs of delivery to other countries are set according to the prices of GLS, TNT, DHL and UPS. A single purchase to be delivered to a country outside the EU is limited to the value of 600€.
COSTS OF DELIVERY TO RUSSIA
The costs of delivery of products to Russia are set according to the prices of GLS, TNT, DHL and UPS. The value of a single purchase to be delivered to Russia is recommended to be no more than € 600. We ask that you act according to the requirements and instructions of GLS, TNT, DHL, UPS and any other customs authorities that might require provision of your personal information, i.e. your passport number.
All products are checked for damage before being sent. Your products will be carefully packaged so that they may reach you undamaged and originally packaged.
Check your received products immediately. The buyer has a right, in accordance with article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, to refuse the product because of damage and return it to the delivery service. In such case please do not take delivery of the product. Fill out a complaint with the courier, it will serve as the basis to resolve the complaint and exchange the damaged product with a new one.
You can notify us of any returns or complaints directly to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review it and send you a reply within 48 hours.
Received products should be inspected immediately. If you were sent incorrect products, the buyer must notify the poznik.si web store at email@example.com in no more than 3 days. Upon reviewing your message we will exchange the product in the shortest possible time. After receiving the wrong product to the seat of the company we will send you the correct one.
